Ingredients

Thick bread (brioche or challah):

  • 4 slices

Large eggs:

  • 2

Milk (or milk alternative):

  • 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract:

  • 1 teaspoon

Ground cinnamon:

  • 1 teaspoon

Butter or oil (for cooking): as needed

Instructions

Prepare the Custard Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Dip the Bread:
