Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts:

  • 4 pieces

Olive oil:

  • 3 tablespoons

Fresh lemon juice:

  • 2 tablespoons

Dried oregano:

  • 2 teaspoons

Garlic powder:

  • 1 teaspoon

Salt:

  • to taste

Pepper:

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat the Grill:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Chicken:

  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest and Serve:

  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
