For the Crust:
- Graham crackers crushed: 2 cups
- Unsalted butter melted: 6 tablespoons
- Granulated sugar: 2 tablespoons
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- Cheesecake Mix Royal, Philadelphia, or Maple: 1 packet (or 3.4 oz)
- Cream cheese softened: 16 oz (2 blocks)
- Heavy cream: 1 cup
- Maple syrup optional: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped cream: As desired
- Fresh fruit berries or mango: 1/2 cup
- Chopped nuts pecans or almonds: 1/4 cup
- Chocolate or caramel drizzle: 1 tablespoon
Prepare the Crust
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Compact it firmly using the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the cheesecake mix, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using). Mix until fully combined.
Slowly add the heavy cream, beating until light and fluffy.
Assemble the Cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake filling onto the chilled crust, spreading it evenly.
Smooth the top and tap the pan on the counter to release air bubbles.
Chill and Serve
Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Garnish with your choice of whipped cream, fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate or caramel before serving.
